Key responsibilities:
- Asking clarifying questions, answering technical questions, and crafting technical documents on how to implement specific use cases
- Preparing demos and implementing Proof of Concepts (PoC’s) to demonstrate use cases
- Being effective in communicating to both technical and non-technical customer audiences
- Providing feedback of customer needs to Sales Management, Marketing, Engineering and Product Management.
Requirements:
- Sales engineering experience in cyber security software solutions, preferably with experience in identity, authentication, and/or MFA products
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of enterprise environments as it relates to Identity and authentication
- Experience implementing Proof of Concepts, including troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Broad understanding of environments in IT Security, IT infrastructure, IT systems management, including Networking, Operating Systems, and Security
- Solid understanding of authentication protocols (SAML/LDAP/LDAPS/RADIUS/OIDC etc.)
- Solid understanding of Microsoft servers and Active Directory and AD Services
- Experience with certificates, 2FA, and MFA – a big plus
- Working knowledge in RH/Centos Linux environments, including server and software installation, configuration, and debugging (tcpdump, ssh and winscp etc.)
- Experience with REST API and scripting – a big advantage
- Strong customer and interpersonal skills, team player with a “can do” attitude
