About the job

SDO is looking for an experienced sales development representative (SDR) to join its marketing team.
As an SDR you will be responsible for handling inbound leads and related inquiries, qualifying prospects directly, and arranging meetings for the company’s sales team.
The SDR will also lead targeted outbound initiatives on LinkedIn, email and other media to reach relevant prospects and expand the sales pipeline.
This important role is the first touch point for most prospective customers, giving the opportunity to present SDO to security and IT professionals, and setting the tone for the entire sales cycle.
Our sunny offices are located in northern Tel-Aviv, very close to a railway station and we believe in a flexible hybrid work structure.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding to marketing leads and identifying opportunities, in order to set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Reaching out to and nurturing new marketing leads, providing the appropriate level of information until full qualification of prospects.
  • Profiling strategic accounts, identifying key individuals and providing in-depth information to the sales team as part of ABM strategy.
  • Driving attendance to webinars and conferences.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales team members on new initiatives supporting the company’s GTM.
  • Following up with the sales team, tracking CRM workflows and ensuring data hygiene.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in B2B SDR work or similar roles (inside sales, business development, etc.) Working with mid-market or enterprise customers is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (native English preferred).
  • Understating of the marketing-sales funnel and demonstrating the ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
  • Fast learner who can explain high-level technical concepts clearly and identify relevant customers’ needs. Experience in cybersecurity or other highly technical fields is an advantage.
  • Strong drive and positive can-do attitude – willing to communicate our value proposition every day to numerous contacts through email, LinkedIn, phone calls and other means.
  • Full competence with the core SDR tech stack such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot or similar tools.
