Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a central role in executing the company’s marketing strategy, creating and managing marketing campaigns, leading event operations and be responsible for monitoring data across platforms.
As a leading member of the marketing team, you will be in charge of various marketing-related projects and collaborative work with the sales team. This hands-on role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, industry trends, and data analytics to optimize campaign performance and brand awareness.
Our ideal candidate is a fast learning & motivated individual, with great operational skills and extensive experience in managing digital and field marketing operations.

Our sunny offices are located in northern Tel-Aviv, very close to a railway station and we believe in a flexible hybrid work structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Manage data hygiene across all platforms (SalesForce, Hubspot, etc.) and monitor team activity.
  • Coordinate and manage all operations around marketing events, trade shows and conferences.
  • Work with external service providers (graphic design, SEO, web developers, etc.) to support marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, CS) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Maintain the company’s campaigns and website to always reflect the latest assets & updates received from Product Marketing.
  • Regularly update social media channels with assets, press releases and news.
  • Support marketing initiatives with business partners, resellers, and agencies.
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance to key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in B2B marketing.

About you:

  • Proven experience (5 years) in digital marketing in a global B2B company, preferably in the cyber industry, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Native level English – a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g. SalesForce, Hubspot, Salesloft, LinkedIn)
  • Experience with content management systems and web analytics (e.g WordPress, GA4)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize activities by interpreting data.
  • Excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead team members on specific missions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Experience working in a startup – a plus.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SalesForce) – a plus.
